The author of 2013: End of Days or a New Beginning: Envisioning the World after the Events of 2012” also penned Psience–How New Discoveries in Quantum Physics and New Science May Explain the Existence of Paranormal Phenomena, as well as “Supervolcano: The Catastrophic Event that Changed the Course of Human History. Marie Jones also wrote, with her father–geophysicist Dr. John M. Savino–Looking for God in all the Wrong Places.
In her book 2013…Ms. Jones tackles the Mayan calendar, bionics, oil issues, food and water sources, population reduction, earthquakes, supervolcanoes, gamma rays, storm of the century, climate, the 13 Heavens and the 9 Underworlds, Theosophist Helena Blavatsky, physical-emotional-mental ills, and an endless list of other topics, such as the paranormal, quantum mechanics, nanotechnology, the Middle East, the shift in global economies, microchips, and much more.
Besides discussing 2012-2013, Ms. Jones will also focus on other intriguing issues as presented in her book, 11:11. The Time Prompt Phenomenon, regarding hermetic and biblical codes, what numbers (i.e. 777, 333, 666, and others) represent, the various codices, gematria, Kabbalah, symbology, and unique number facts, and spooky coincidences among several other topics. The two hours will speed by.
Ms. Jones also has written over 50 inspirational books for PIL/New Seasons, and articles, essays and stories in magazines, in online e-zines, newspapers and anthologies, including five Chicken Soup for the Soul books. She is a regular book reviewer for CurledUp.com, BookIdeas.com and AbsoluteWrite.com. She formerly produced a line of videos for national distribution, including an award-winning children’s storybook-style video.
She has an extensive background in metaphysics, spiritual studies, and the paranormal, and has spent fifteen years as a field investigator for the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) in Los Angeles and San Diego. Her interests intersect with science and the paranormal. She currently serves as Consultant to ARPAST, the Arkansas Paranormal and Anomalous Studies Team.
She has appeared on hundreds of radio stations all over the world, and been interviewed for dozens of magazines, newspapers and websites. She is a favorite media guest, and her podcast interviews are downloadable in many show archives. Ms. Jones has appeared at CPAK 2008, the Queen Mary Ghost Hunting Festival, MiraCosta College LIFE Series, and other major lecture events. Her books are also featured in libraries and bookstores.
She has recently collaborated with Larry Flaxman, of ARPAST, to write The Resonance Key: Exploring the Links between Vibration, Consciousness and the Zero Point Grid.
